WHAT IS NEEDED:

If you're participating in the at-home version, you will need:

  • a set of dumbells

  • resistance band

  • long loop band

If you are participating in the gym version, you will need:

  • access to a fully equipped gym (including free weights, cable machine, cardio equipment and other basic gym equipment)
